Putter Right

New Driver Or Putter?

ok, right now i have a set of Golden Bear golf clubs. I have been golfing for about a year now and i am thinking about upgrading my driver or putter but i don't know what one. I drive fairly straight and pretty far (about 195 yards) although i slice it sometimes. My putting on the other hand needs some work. it takes me about three shots on average to putt it in from about fifteen feet, but i don't know if its my fault or the putters fault. oh and im 15 years old. Thanks for your help

Have you ever heard the saying "It's not the arrow, it's the indian?" The only way to truly get better at both driving and putting, it's just to practice. If i had to choose one for you to pick, I would find a putter that you are comfortable with. It doesn't need to be an expensive one, as long as it feels good. You may hit your driver 10-12 times on a given course, but you use your putter at least once on every hole. Eliminate the 3 putts and your scores will drop. Hope this helps!
