Pokemon Emerald elite four help?

i'm about to take on the elite four but i need you to rate my team, is it good enough? help me please

as to my sixth pokemon i have shelgon lv48: take down, dragon breath, dragon claw, ember (strong but not very powerful moves) and swellow lv50: wing attack, fly, aero ace and return (not the strongest but the quickest) but i'm not sure... I've heard that heracross'd be good option 'cuz it's bug-fighting type but where do i get one? tell me what you think please, thanks

get lots of healing stuff, and i mean lots! lvls are ok, u might want to train.

first dude has mightyena46(dark) shiftry48(grass-dark) cucturne46(grass-dark) crawdaunt48(water-dark) absol49(dark) crawdaunt's brickbreak, and aggron's dynamic-punch will take care of all the pokemon, but u cud use plusle on crawdaunt if theyre tired. make sure u send out aggron to deal with shiftry

dude 2 - dusclops49(ghost) duclops51(ghost) banette49(ghost) banette49(ghost) sableye50(dark-ghost) use sceptile, and be prepared to heal alot. his pursuit is good against all but sableye. nothing is good vs. sableye. for sableye use thunder and other high-powered moves but no normal, fighting or physic

dude 3 - glalie50(water) sealo50(ice water) sealo52(ice water) glalie52(ice water) walrein(ice water). plusle will beat up this person, but if it gets hurt, u can use fighting (crawdaunt's brickbreak, and aggron's dynamic-puch)

4 dude - shelgon52(dragon) altaria54(dragon-flying) flygon53 (ground-dragon) kingdra53(water-dragon) salamence55(dragon flying)
walrein's ice beam will beat this trainer with ease, but be prepared to heal. ice is super-effective against all this guy has, except kingdra. plusle can take out kingdra.

last dude- tentacruel55(water) wailord57(water) gyrados56(water flying) wishcash56(water ground) ludicolo56(water grass) milotic58(water) plusle and sceptile together should have no problem, except for lvls. on wishcash make sure u use sceptile, and on ludicolo it is best to use minun, but if u bring swallow u could use swallow.

for your sixth pokemon, bring anything, but against ludicolo swallow could help.

i must say your team is very strong, but u might want to train plusle and/or sceptile a few lvls to help u against the last guy.
