Should I bring my kids to a PGA golf tournament?

I'm new to golf and will be going to my first tournament and would like to bring my 2 & 4 years old with me to watch. I know golf is much into etiquette, so is it appropiate to bring kids that young along?

No, you shouldn't. For one, they'll be bored. They'll have no idea what's going on anyway. Even if the 4 year old likes golf, he won't like being there. Also, it's probably not allowed. I forget what major I was looking into (either the Masters or PGA Championship), but they don't allow young children. They pretty much leave it up to the parents as to what age is acceptable, but if I remember right recommend 7 or older as a starting point. It still depends on the kid though. I'm sure you'd be forced to leave either way if they found your kids to be disruptive.
